ITB Al Aqua LLC (a Florida company, Sunbiz Folio L11000030909, EIN 45-5063411) operates this website under the brands ITB Advisors and ITB Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ITB Al Aqua LLC.
ITB provides this website, including all information, tools and services available, to you — the user — conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a service, you engage with our "Service" and acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Terms").
These Terms apply to all users of the site — including, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and content contributors. Read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our site. By accessing or using any part of the site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the site or use the services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information, which we NEVER ask you to send through insecure channels) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without our express written permission. The headings in this agreement are for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions without consulting more accurate, complete or current primary sources.
For specific investment decisions — particularly in ITB Advisors services — there will always be a formal due diligence process with legal, accounting, financial and environmental professionals engaged specifically for your deal. Site information is general and educational in nature; it does not constitute binding personalized advice.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our services and products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
For clients already under contract (Advisors or Studio): the terms of the current contract prevail over future changes posted on the site. Any material modification to a signed contract requires written agreement of both parties.
Products and Services
Certain SaaS services (Studio: Diagnostic, FieldReach, RallyTrack, Vectura) are offered exclusively online via subscription. Investment advisory (Advisors) requires a discovery process + a signed Engagement Letter before work begins.
We have made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the site. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. We reserve the right — without obligation — to limit sales to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
Payments and Billing
All billing is under the name of ITB Al Aqua LLC. Accepted payment methods are: Zelle Business (US), ACH/Wire via Wells Fargo, credit card (processed by Helcim for the US or Paddle for LATAM as Merchant of Record). PayPal Business as a backup for LATAM cross-border.
For Advisors services, the "performance bond" amount (5-10% of the investment amount) is deposited into the representing attorney's bank account — NOT into an ITB account. That amount is 100% refundable if the investor withdraws from the deal before closing.
