Luis E. Seoane
Aeronautical engineer, graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA, São Paulo) in 1989. He started programming with punch cards and lived through every platform shift — from the mainframe to the cloud, from Fortran to artificial intelligence. More than 30 years building and advising companies and investment projects between Uruguay and the United States.
Since 2011 he has led ITB from Sunny Isles, Florida. In 2026 he opened ITB Studio to turn into software the problems he watched repeat across his clients over fifteen years.
