Orders

The core of the operation
  • What's left to deliver, what's left to pick up, and what's overdue, at a glance.
  • Status moves on its own from To deliver → To pick up → Done as you log driver, delivery note and unit.
  • The unit is released automatically once the order is done.
  • Search by address, client or order number.

How: Each status with its color and word. You enter the data; the board sorts itself.

Trucks

Renewals before they expire
  • Each truck by plate, with its mileage and type (dumpster, crane, tractor, tanker, flatbed).
  • OK · due soon · expired alerts for insurance, inspection and registration.
  • Mileage-based maintenance (oil and filters), interval configurable per truck.
  • Notes per unit to log repairs and details.

How: Enter mileage and renewals once; the system warns on its own as the date or mileage approaches.

Collections

Up to date, client by client
  • Who owes how much, client by client, and the total to collect.
  • Find the order by delivery note or invoice number and log the bank payment.
  • Debt counts from delivery (standard accounting); payments settle it.
  • Payments in several currencies depending on the operating country.

How: In Clients you see the “Owes” column; in Collections you find the order and log the payment. The balance updates on its own.

Reports

Information to decide
  • Units on the street today — where they are and for how many days.
  • Orders per month — how many were done and how much was invoiced.
  • Who owes how much — debt per client and total.
  • Export to Excel — orders, clients and collections for the accountant.

How: Everything exports to a spreadsheet in one click. Nothing done by hand.

Delivery notes by driver booklet

Numbering by series (each driver's booklet), not global. Cross-validation between delivery and pick-up, compatible with the physical note you already use.

Integrated e-invoicing

Connected to each country's tax standard (CFE, CFDI, NFS-e, electronic invoice). The tax setup is included in the onboarding.
